Heather is the school librarian at Oak Forest Elementary, and before that, she taught 4th grade English/Language Arts/Reading and Science for 4 years. She has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, a Masters degree in Educational Administration, and is working toward a certification as a Library Media Specialist. As a librarian, Heather has extended her reach beyond the library to collaborating with teachers on her campus to incorporate creative teaching ideas and technology into the classroom. This has given her a broad perspective of the elementary campus, and she is able to be in touch with learning needs and emerging trends in PK-4 classrooms.

Ashley has spent the past 5 years working as a graphic designer in Dallas for corporations such as On the Border® Products and Michaels® Arts and Crafts. Realizing she wanted more out of life and wanting to do something that makes a positive difference in the world, she decided to pack up her bags, move back home, and dedicate her time to working with Heather to create eye-catching graphics for Watson Works. She received a bachelors degree in graphic design from The Art Institute of Dallas. As an experienced graphic designer, Ashley is able to create clip-art/graphics for our products that are eye-catching, bold, and uniquely different from others you see on TpT, making her an invaluable part of this team.
